Abstract
Understanding or definition of quality can be different meaning for everyone, because the quality has many criteria and very dependent on the context. Objectively the quality according to Juran (Yamit, 1996) is a special standard in its performance, its constraints, its ease of maintenance and its characteristics can be measured. Goestch Dvis (2005) makes the definition of a broader range of qualities, that is, quality is a dynamic condition that satisfies or exceeds hope. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The type of data collected is obtained from patient or patient's family by using questionnaire. From the results of this study can be concluded that the service Puskesmas Banyuanyar and pharmacy is in accordance with patient expectations. Quality of service affects patient satisfaction.
