Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test the effects of motivation and satisfaction on organizational commitment and to test the influence of motivation, satisfaction, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surakarta. Data collection techniques used in this study is based on questionnaires. Statistical tests conducted with Technique Regression Analysis using SPSS. The results of processing the data, it can be concluded as follows: Sub 1 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivational variables on organizational commitment variables with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction variable to variable commitment organisasu with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05. Sub 2 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivational variables on employee performance variables with a significance value of 0.048 <0.05, 2) there is a positive and significant effect of the variable on the variable performance of the work discipline of employees with significant value of 0.031 <0.05, 3 ) there is a positive and significant effect of the variable job satisfaction on employee performance variables with a significance value of 0.021 <0.05 and 4) there is a positive and significant effect of the variable organizational commitment to employee performance variables with a significance value of 0.045 <0.05.
