Abstract

Satisfaction is a psychology resulting from the declaration are met or whether the received service, hopes for real. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of eight dimensions is a ministry of the hospital to the patient's satisfaction. This research using methods purposive sampling. Research is done in the hospital nirmala suri sukoharjo july 2014. Samples to research this time was hospitalized patients in the hospital nirmala suri sukoharjo namely about 160 respondents. Requirements analysis in this research is assuming classical covering test normality, test heterokedastisitas, test and test multikolinearitas auto correlation. Technical data analysis in research is using linear regression of multiple. The test results showed a supported, while h3 ; h1, h2, h4, h5, h6, h7 and h8 are not supported. Testing the coefficient of determination (r2) of 37,2% means the satisfaction of inpatients in independent variable is determined by the rsns in this research, whereas 62,8% is determined by other factors not yet known because it was not done further research.
