Abstract
Human resources were placed most strategic position among other resources. Without human resources, other resources could not managed to produce the product. In order to increase performance of employee in banking industries, research had been identified tree factors, that are leadership style, work satisfaction, and organizational culture, and tested their effects to performance of employee. Study was conducted by survey methods. Research population are employees at a national bank in Purwodadi, Grobogan city. Sampling technique is purposive sampling with sample size are 100 respondents. Research hypotheses were tested by hierarchycal regression. At 5 percent level of significance, results of the research were supported research hypotheses that are leadership style and organizational culture influence to performance of employee, and not supported the effect of work satisfaction to performance of employee.
