Abstract
The Pulmonary of TB is an infectious disease that caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The Pulmonary of TB disease is the third causes the deathing in Indonesia. The discovery of the germs in the sputum smear is the main indicator of the infection of a person and it can also as an indicator of the tendency of a person to transmit the disease. The examination can also be done by detecting the presence of Immunoglobulin in the blood by imunocromatografy method. It’s Ig G Anti TB. The aimed of this research is to compare the results of the two methods. This research was a comparative study that compared the results between BTA sputum examination with Ig G Anti TB examination that each of those were free variable. The BTA sputum examination was done toward the patients suspected of pulmonary TB that come to the laboratory to be examined their sputum, and then taken the blood to be examined the serological Ig G Anti TB. The data were obtained from the results of both the examination methods, and then, be compared and analized statistically. From the research toward of 36 samples, done by the normality test of BTA Sputum with the significance 0.000 < 0.05, and Ig G Anti TB with the significance 0.000 < 0.05, that means the data are not distributed normally. The next data analysis with Mann-Whitney test were obtained the result Asymp. Sig. It’s 0.0042, that means the probability is <0.05. Thus H0 was rejected. So, It can be concluded that there were differences the results of BTA sputum examination significantly with Ig G Anti TB. __________________________________________________________________Keywords : BTA Sputum Examination, The suspected pulmonary TB, Imunoglobulin G TB.
