Abstract

Queue is one of the areas of operational issues that have a large enough impact for the hospital. Queues are too long can reduce patient comfort decrease the image of the hospital. . Hence the need for strategy (response time) which measures the speed and accuracy of service at a hospital that can provide confidence to customers to always use health care services at hospital. In this research study using T and Normality Test Results of data processing speed average patient arrival () on the Patient Registration Counters Old / New by 16 patients / hour with an average speed of service () of 96 patients / hour. While the average speed of nursing service () of 97 patients / hour, average speed of physician services () of 97 patients / hour, and the speed of service diloket payment () of 89 patients / hour. Based on the above results analsisis, services at Regional Mental Hospital Surakarta, the normal time distribution that is here is no deviation symptoms individually there are cases that deviate from the Standard operating procedure.
