Abstract
The sample used was a loyal University of produce educators Favor Surakarta as much as 60 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The analysis used covers test validity, reliability, hypothesis testing trials that include test t, multiple regression analysis and test F. The results of sports data, the conclusion to be drawn as follows: work Motivation (MK) effect significantly to job satisfaction (KPK), this is shown by the results of the count of 3, 019 >1,990. Work motivation (MK) effect significantly to the performance of the employee (KK), this is shown by the results of count 2, 729>1,991. Job satisfaction (KPK) effect significantly to the performance of the employee (KK), this is shown by the results of t count 2, 133>1,991. Work (MK) motivation and job satisfaction (KPK) together affect significantly the performance of the employees (KK), this is shown by the results of the count of 8, 802>3.12.
