Abstract
The determination of the sample in this research uses the technique of the census, with sample used is all the nurses in installation of hospitalization as many as 75 people. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire, While the technical data analyst is using multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and determination analysis. This research produce the conclusion that variable leadership, variable motivation, and the variables of a work environment influence significantly on the performance of the nurses at the installation of hospitalization, Slamet Riyadi Hospital Tk IV 04.07.02 Surakarta. The result of this research can be seen from the F count of 19,094 with a significant level of 0,000 which is smaller than (0,000<0,05). The influence of variable leadership, motivation and work environment on the performance of nurses amounted to 42.3%, while the rest of 57,7 % influenced by other variables out this research. Variable leadership, motivation, and work environment as partial influence significantly to the performance of a nurses. The result can be seen from t count variable leadership of 2,760 with a significant level of 0,007, t count variable motivation of 2,674 with a significant level of 0,009, and t count variable of work environment of 4,689 with a significant level of 0,000
