Abstract

Zamzam water is most popular water in Moslem in the world, especially in Indonesian Moslem. Zamzam water is unique water, because Zamzam water is not boiled like water usually in 100 °C temperature. But in Surakarta City many found Bottled of Zamzam water distributed not have registrasion number from Indonesian Food and Drug Regulatory Agency ( BPOM ). This research have a purpose for know Bottled of Zamzam water quality in match with standart bacteriological of Indonesian Food and Drug Regulatory Agency ( BPOM ) number : HK.00.06.1.52.4011. This research use two sample Bottled of Zamzam water from Kliwon mart in Surakarta City, sample research with Standart Plate Count (SPC) or Total Plate Count (TPC) , Most Probable Number (MPN) Coliform method, identification Salmonella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In this research result that number of bacteriological Bottled of Zamzam Water sample are qualified in bacteriology. Keywords: Zamzam water, Bottled water, Water quality, Escherichia coli
