Abstract
Organizational culture must be a company concern if company wants employee work better for corporate purposes. A culture is created by company owner which is will guide and allow company owner behave consistently in various situations. Transformational leadership is an interaction between leader and employees, which is employees behavior influenced by leaders in order to achieve a high performance and high quality of work for company goals. This research aimed to determine what is relationship between perceptions of transformational leadership style and organizational culture at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textil employees which is relationship of employee and company is need each other, it is necessary have a good collaboration between company and employees. It can be realized if all employee aware about importance of motivation and good self-awareness to upholding a strong culture values with respect for togetherness, loyalty, cohesiveness and organization commitment and create a good performance for company progress which is for all stake holders benefit. Subjects of research are employees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile. Sample taken from 56 employees and 70 employees tested for the research. Method of data collection used organizational culture scale and transformational leadership style perceptions. Analysis of data used correlation-tested at SPSS program for windows release 17.0. Results of data between variables of organizational culture and transformational leadership showed a correlation coefficient (r) 0.452 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Hypothesis is accepted with significant result and between perceptions of transformational leadership style and organizational culture are positive correlations.
