Abstract

The type II diabetes with hypertension Melittus a state of chronic hyperglycemia with ities hypertension should be treated carefully and caution usly, excessive use of drug combinations may result in increased risk of side effects than benefits, it is necessary in the analysis and monitoring. This study aims to determine the use of combinations of drugs and compliance rules used by the Consensus Management and Prevention of type II diabetes mellitus in Indonesia organized by PERKENI 2006. The research done by taking secondary data from the card status of patients diagnosed with hypertension, type II diabetes by sex, age group, drug, drug name, dosage form, route and frequency of drug use, which was recorded in the medical record Instalation outpasient public hospital Dr. Soedono Madiun in 2011, based on the analysis of the drug and the numbers obtained most widely used. The results showed antidiabetic drugs that are widely used combined of Sulfonylurea and Biguanid (48,57%), antihypertensive drug class (48,57%) Calcium Antagonists, combination drug most widely used Sulfonylurea + Biguanid + Calcium Antagonists (27,62%).
