Abstract

Uric acid examination is one of check up required by clinist, therefore internal qualification assurance is needed as one of laboratory qualification control in order to gain best and right result. Uric acid level check used Advia 1800 chemical equipment analyzer and ILab Taurus by uricase method. The aim of the research is analizing the result of internal quality assurance uric acid examination in Clinic Pathology Laboratory Instalation RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. The research methodology was descriptive in cress sectional approach. Data analysis observation in internal quality assurance uric acid examination used Advia 1800 chemical analyzer and ILab Taurus 10 months from June 2017 until March 2018. Result data uric acid examination was recorded from daily quality control data and analized by Levey Jennings graphic then evaluated by using Westgard Multirules Quality Control. Impresition research result of Advia 1800 chemical equipment analyzer is low than ILab Taurus. Inaccuration of both are low. Error ratio of ILab Taurus analyzer, according to Westgard Multirules, is found in refuse and warning rule pluraly (12S, 13S, R4S, and 10X) in other side Advia 1800 chemical aquipment analyzer finds error category in refuse and warning rule (12S and R4S).
