Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the correlation between employe engagement with employee loyalty at PT. Girimoko Andalan. The offered hypothesis is there is a positive correlation between employee engagement and employee loyalty (2 tailed). This research used quantitive methods and the sampling used purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Girimoko Andalan, the total samples are 60 employees. The instrument used in this research is the scale of employee engagement and the scale of employee loyalty. The method used to analized the data is correlation product moment sith SPSS 22.0 for windows release. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient corelation is rxy = 0,715 with p = 0,000 (p < 0,01).. It showed that there is a significant positive corelation between employee engagement and employee loyalty, so that the hypothesis that offered in this research can be accepted.
