Abstract

Vaccines are one of the biological products in the form of germs, components of germs that have been weakened, are turned off, are still intact parts that have a function as stimulants for the emergence of active immunity in certain diseases. The purpose of this research was to determine the profile of vaccine storage in Sragen Health Center and its suitability based on KEPMENKES 2017 and WHO. This research is descriptive taken by observation and interview. Observation is done by filling out the checklist sheet, and conducting interviews with respondents. The results of the research showed that the profile of vaccine storage in Sragen Health Center had freezer that were not exposed to direct sunlight in all health center, only 4 health center had special rooms for storing freezer, there were thermometers in freezer throughout the health center, only 3 health center have sockets in each freezer, there are rescue in special conditions in all health center, all health center have vaccine carriers, only kalijambe health centers do not have 2x temperature recordings every day, there are temperature record cards in all health center, just 2 health center has ice corals, and in all health center there is freeze tags in the fridge. The storage in 6 health center in Sragen Regency is not yet fully suitable, only one health center that has fulfilled 10 aspects, that is plupuh health center with a percentage of 100%.
