Abstract

The demands of patients and the community for improving the quality of pharmacy services require an extension of the old product – oriented paradigm become an new paradigm for patients with a philosophy of pharmacy services. The pharmacy services need to be conducted periodically for monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of pharmaceutical service patients in Ambal II Public Health Center and the influence of pharmaceutical services given by officers on patient satisfaction. This research draft is a quantitative description of 100 respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument conducted at the Ambal II Public Health Center. Thepopulation of this research is a patient who gets the ministry of Pharmacy, family or patients who are > 17 years old and willing to fill out a questionnaire. The results showed that patients felt very satisfied with the quality of pharmacy services at the Ambal II Public Health Center. The pharmacy services in Ambal II, in general, has fuilfilled the patient’s expectation. Keywords : Quality of pharmacy services, Ambal II Society Health Center, 2019
