Abstract

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the single most common cause of death globally. The treatment of coronary heart disease isn’t only about reliefs the pain, but maintaining heart function to increase patients life quality. Proper dosage and drugs choice is very importants to achievs therapeutic goals, also avoiding DRPs. Aim of this study was to ascertain the accuracy of dosage regimen and drug choice in choronary heart disease patients hospitality in Bethesda Hospital in 2017. This study was descriptive non-experimental, all data collected with retrospective method. The sample that has been used is from the patient’s medical record who diagnosed with choronary heart disease and hospitalized in Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta in 2017. To see the accuracy of dosage regimen and drug choice data compared to PERKI 2018, ACCF/AHA 2012, and Drugs Information Handbook (DIH) 2011 guidelines. The obtained results showed that 85 patients which treated with choronary heart disease drugs was (100%) right drug and 79 patients (92,9%) right dose. Inappropriate doses were under dose in six patients (7,1%) and none of them over dose in this research. Key Word : CHD, Right Dose, Right Drugs, Bethesda Hospital
