Abstract

The basic concept of occupation safety and health is one of the efforts to prevent and reducing the incident of occupational accidents and diseases. Increase occupational safety and health can encourage employees to work more maximal leverage in completing the work, and can increase productivity of work, for that safety and health work is not just seen from accidents that occur but seen from how workers do a good job. This reserch aims to prove the influence of attitudes and knowledge on the application of occupational safety and health In Laboratory In RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The plan research design use is associative with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used in this study for data collection is total sampling, with the entire population of laboratory in RSUD Dr. Moewardi as many as 56 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The result of the research shows that there is a positive influence between attitude toward the implementation of safety and health at laboratory institution in RSUD Dr. Moewardi with a significance value of 0.005 is smaller than 0.05. While knowledge has a positive effect on the implementation of occupational safety and health in laboratory institution in RSUD Dr. Moewardi with a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. So it can be conclude if the attitude and knowledge about occupational safety and health increases, then the application of safety and health will also increase.
