Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan merek pada kesetiaan merek, pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan pada kesetiaan merek, pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan pada kepercayaan merek, peran mediasi kepercayaan merek dalam hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan dan kesetiaan merek Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan pertanyaan sesuai penentuan nilai skala likert yang dibagikan kepada pasien yg melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan di Laboratorium Klinik Pramesty Saras Sehat Wonogiri. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik yang digunakan pada pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi mediasi. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif pada kesetiaan merek, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh pada kesetiaan merek, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh pada kepercayaan merek, kepercayaan merek memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan dan kesetiaan merek. Kata kunci: kepuasan pelanggan, kesetiaan merek, kepercayaan merek. This study aims to examine the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on brand trust, the mediation role of brand trust in the relationship between customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The data of this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using questions in accordance with the determination of the Likert scale value distributed to patients undergoing medical examinations at the Pramesty Saras Sehat Clinic in Wonogiri. Samples taken as many as 200 respondents. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses mediation regression analysis. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that brand trust has a positive effect on brand loyalty, customer satisfaction has an effect on brand loyalty, customer satisfaction has an effect on brand trust, brand trust mediates the relationship between customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
