Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the attitudes and perceived usefulness to intention to used information system, result the perceived usefulness and ease of the attitudes to the use of information systems, and result perceived ease of usability of information systems by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This refers to the model proposed by Hu et. al. (1999). The reason is the diversity of research conducted on the results of previous research that is still being debated so needs retesting. This study used survey method, using quesionaire. Technique sampling is used purposive sampling with a total 200 respondents. Measurement measuring instrument using SPSS where as hypothesis analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study in receipt of hospital information system shows the results that H1: attitude (ATT) is not significant to the intention to use information systems (BIU), H2 and H5: Perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived usefulness (PU) is not significant at attitude, H4: perceived ease of use (PEU) has no significant on perceived usefulness (PU) and for H3 perceived usefulness (PU) have a significant bearing on the intention to use information systems (BIU) Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), attitude (ATT), intention to use (BIU), perceived usefulness (PU), Perceived ease (PEU)
