Abstract
The use of a self-protective apparatus (SPA) basically easy , but at the applications not all laboratory technician have significant risk, used it all the time. There are many factors that causes laboratory not in use the self-protective (APD), Although companies have prepared and applying a rule for labor used a self - protective (SPA). This research aims to understand The Effect of Motivation and Training K3 Against Compliance the use of a Self-Protective apparatus on Pranata the Pathology Laboratory Clinic at Dr. Moewardi Regional Public Hospital. Respondents in this research was pranata the pathology laboratory clinic Dr. Moewardi Regional Public Hospital with a population and samples as many 40 poeple. This research using method collection of samples a total sampling. Data analysis from the analysis of multiple regression, test t, test F and the coefficient determination R2 with the program spss version 17 for windows . Research results Indicate that the motivation influential positive on compliance tool use self-protective apparatus (SPA) with sig value of 0.000 less than 0,05.
