Abstract

INTISARI BIMO NUGROHO, A.,2020, TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DIABETES MILITUS TIPE II DI RUMAH SAKIT AMAL SEHAT WONOGIRI PADA BULAN NOVEMBER – DESEMBER 2019. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) diperkirakan akan menjadi penyebab kematian nomor tuju h di dunia, dimana lebih dari 80% kematian diakibatkan oleh DM. Peningkatan DM terjadi diseluruh Indonesia, menurut hasil Riskesdas di Sumatera Utara ada sebanyak 2.3% yang terdiagnosa DM. DM adalah penyakit kronis dengan pengobatan seumur hidup maka dalam pengobatan dan menanggulangi penyakit perlu adanya kepatuhan pasien, dimana kepuasan pasien mengarah kepada kepatuhan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi tingkat kepatuhan pasien terhadap pemeriksaan rutin. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri dengan melibatkan responden, yang ditentukan secara sampling jenuh. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien diabetes militus tipe 2 yang menjalani Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri pada bulan November – Desember 2019. Hasil penelitian dinyatakan berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang telah di isi oleh pasien diabetes militus yang menjalani rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri. Karekteristik pasien diabetes militus tipe 2 di instalasi Rawat Jalan Rs Amal Sehat Wonogiri didominasi oleh pasien rentang usia <50 tahun,dengan jenis kelamin perumpuan. Dari pendidikan dan pekerjaan didominasi dengan pendidikan terkhir SMA dan pekerjaan sabagai ibu rumah tangga.Umumnya pasien yang melakukan pengobatan berstatus sebagai pasien JKN dan pasien yang mengalami komplikasi. Tingkat kepatuhan pasien Diabetes Militus Tipe II dengan analisis korelasi penentu kepatuhan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan di Rumah Sakit Amal Sehat Wonogiri pada bulan November - Desember 2019 yaitu berada ditingkat yang rendah dengan total 21. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is estimated to be the seventh leading cause of death in the world, where more than 80% of deaths are caused by DM. The increase in DM occurred throughout Indonesia, according to the results of Riskesdas in North Sumatra, 2.3% were diagnosed with DM. DM is a chronic disease with lifelong treatment, so in treating and overcoming the disease it is necessary to have patient compliance, where patient satisfaction leads to patient compliance. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of patient adherence to routine examinations. The research design was descriptive with saturated sampling type. This research was conducted at the Wonogiri Healthy Charity Hospital involving respondents, who were determined by saturated sampling. The research subjects were type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who underwent outpatient care at the Wonogiri Healthy Charity Hospital in November - December 2019. The results of the study were stated based on the results of a questionnaire that had been filled in by diabetic patients who were undergoing outpatient care at the Amal Sehat Hospital Wonogiri. . The characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the outpatient installation of RS Amal Sehat Wonogiri were dominated by patients aged <50 years, with female sex. Education and work are dominated by high school education and work as housewives. Generally, patients who take medication are JKN patients and patients who experience complications. The level of adherence of Type II Diabetes Militus patients with a correlation analysis of the determinants of adherence to the level of adherence at the Wonogiri Healthy Charity Hospital in November - December 2019 is at a low level with a total of 21.
