Abstract
The purpose of this research is to estimate the formation of the intention of online shoppers (Study on Students in Surakarta University). This is based on the low interest about online shopping in Surakarta. The data of this research is from the questioners that had been given to the students in Surakarta. The technique of the sample being used is non probability sampling with the number of 184 respondents. Furthermore, the analyzer used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the studying showed that H1 and H5 were supported, while H2, H3, and H4 were not supported. These results provide the meaning that the formation of online shopping intentions in influencing a good brand image can form the perceived value of the user to increase the intention of buying online to students in Surakarta.
