Abstract
Minimum service standards is a technical specification of the minimum service measurements given by community service agency to people. This study aims to find out the suitability of formulary availability, the suitability of waiting time of the drug service, the suitability of concoctions drug waiting time, the suitability of patients satisfaction to Minimum Service Standards in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java. This study is a type of descriptive research. The samples used in this study are all of the outpatient who have filled the prescription that met the inclusion criteria. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Result of the data obtained showing that the formulary availability in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java has been accordance with Minimum Service Standards of 2012, has been updated every 3 years. The average of waiting time of the drug is 13,47 minutes (≤ 30 minutes). The average of concotions drug waiting time is 38,31 minutes (≤ 60 minutes). Percentage of patients satification is 98,1 ( ≥ 80%).
