Abstract

The Ministry of Pharmacy is a direct and responsible service to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the intention to improve the quality of life of the patient. The pharmacist at the pharmacy in conducting the pharmaceutical services must be guided to the standards of pharmaceutical services. This research aims to determine the standard of pharmacy services in Karanganyar district by comparing against Permenkes RI number 73 year 2016. This research uses descriptive methods using questionnaire media. Respondents in this study are pharmacists responsible for pharmacy, escort pharmacist, pharmacist who is willing to fill the questionnaire which is a tool in this research. The Data obtained is calculated percentages and displayed in tables and diagrams as well as a categorized rating of criteria issued by the Depkes RI in 2008 The results showed from 30 pharmacies that became respondents, 13 pharmacies belonging to the category of good service, 10 pharmacies included in the category of adequate service, 7 pharmacies are included in the category of less servicing. The average percentage of the management of pharmaceutical services, medical devices and medically consumables was 94% (good), and the clinical Pharmaceutical Service parameters received a yield of 68% (sufficient) Keywords : Standart, Pharmacy, Permekes RI number 73 of 2016
