Abstract
Nurse„s performance as a consequence of demand against of need for excellen services or high quality services. The alive of this research is find out whether there are influences of wokload, work stress on performance of nurses that is mediated by nurse job statisfaction. The research method used was survey method, which taking samples in the population and put a list of questions as a means of collecting the data subject matter. In this case the researcher took samples from the entire inpatient nurses Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital, as well as collecting data from the random questions to respondents. The result showed the workload does not influence on job statisfaction, and work load does influences to the performance of the nurses, work stress does affect job statisfaction, and also work stress had not effect on performance of nurses, and work statisfaction affect to work performance of nurses.
