Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality, patient satisfaction and hospital image on the intention to take follow-up care in Suaka Insan Hospital in Banjarmasin. This study employed questionnaires to collect data. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 respondents who were patients of Suaka Insan Hospital. Data were processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research results show that: (1) service quality contributes positively and significantly to hospital image, (2) patient satisfaction gives positive and significant effects to intention to take follow-up care, (3) hospital image influences patient satisfaction positively and significantly, (4) service quality does not put positive and significant effect on intension to take follow-up care, (5) service quality does not give any positive and significant contribution to patient safety, and (6) hospital image does not influence intension to take follow-up care positively and significantly.
