Abstract

Banana leaf may be a plant that flourishes within the tropics and has flavonoid and saponin compounds that are compelling for wound mending. The reason of this ponder was to decide the criteria for testing the physical quality and steadiness of the kepok banana leaf extricate gel, to decide the action of the banana leaf extricate gel planning against cut wounds in rabbits, and to decide the viable concentration of the kepok banana leaf extricate gel planning for wound recuperating in rabbits. The extraction method utilized is maceration. The gels were tried utilizing varieties within the concentration of the dynamic substance FI: FII: FIII (5 : 10: 15 %). The physical properties test included organoleptic, homogeneity, consistency, attachment, dispersibility, and pH. The test creatures utilized were 1 tail with 5 treatment bunches, specifically untreated wounds (negative control), cultimed gel (positive control), and 3 varieties in concentration of kepok banana leaf extricate gel. Increased concentration of kepok banana leaf extricate caused an increment in wound mending capacity, consistency, grip, and pH, but diminished scattering esteem.
