Abstract
Service quality is one of factors affecting patient satisfaction in which the patient’s desire, expection and need can be met according to their expectation. This research aimed to find out whether or not laboratory service affected the inpatient satisfaction in Pratama Mitra Medika Clinic of Sukoharjo. This research employed survey method with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 227 patient from inpatient population in Pratama Mitra Medika Clinic of Sukoharjo. The data obstained was then processed using SPSS 18 program. The data was processed with simple linier regression and multiple linier regression analyses. Considering the statistic data analysis, it could be seen that service quality of health analysis affected partially, while Reliability variable did not affect partially the patient satisfaction. The result of F test showed that the research model was feasible to be used because F value was 77,054 at significance level (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05 showing the interaction between five variables (Reliability, Ressponsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, dan Tangiable) affected simultaneously the patient satisfaction. The proportion of inpatient satisfaction level in Pratama Mitra Medika Clinic of Sukoharjo that could be given through laboratory service quality was 62,7 %.
