Abstract
Tuberculosis is a lung infection caused by a germ Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is infectious disease that spreads through the air and infections occur when sufferers cough and phlegm so. The clinic is the first-level health facilities serving the examination laboratory officer, then the TB Clinics as implementers should always implement the SOP. The purpose of this research was to find out whether or not there is a influence of the level of knowledge and attitude towards laboratory compliance officers work apply SOP examination of TB. Sampling techniques in the research of using proposive sampling. The sample used is the laboratory officer clinics in Klaten Regency 40 respondents. The collection of data used in the study is the method the questionnaire. A method of data analysis in research using quantitative analysis and measured using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 20 for windows. The results showed no positive influence work attitudes and knowledge levels in implementing SOP examination of TB because it has the value of their significance and 0.322 > 0.603 0.05. Determination of analysis results showed 0.110 or 11.0% so that fall into the category of very low or hypothesis is not accepted.
