Abstract
ABSTRAK SEKAR LARASATI, 2023, POLA SENSITIVITAS BAKTERI INFEKSI NOSOKOMIAL Staphylococcus aureus TERHADAP ANTIBIOTIK DARI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUP SURAKARTA, SKRIPSI, PROGRAM STUDI S1 FARMASI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Dibimbing oleh Dr. apt. Ismi Rahmawati, M.Si. dan apt. Ganet Eko Pramukantoro, M.Si. Infeksi nosokomial adalah infeksi yang terdapat pada pasien yang dirawat di rumah sakit dan pasien tersebut tidak menunjukkan gejala infeksi saat masuk rumah sakit. Mikroba tersebut dapat ditemukan di udara dan lingkungan sekitar. Infeksi ini disebabkan satu diantaranya yaitu Staphylococcus aureus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil isolasi identifikasi bakteri infeksi nosokomial Staphylococcus aureus dari ruang rawat inap RSUP Surakarta dan untuk mengetahui pola sensitivitas antibiotik yang memiliki sensitivitas tinggi terhadap bakteri infeksi nosokomial Staphylococcus aureus dari ruang rawat inap RSUP Surakarta. Bakteri Staphylococcus aureus yang sudah diisolasi dari sampel pada media Vogel Jhonson Agar dilakukan identifikasi bakteri diantaranya pewarnaan gram, uji katalase, uji koagulase, SIM, KIA, dan citrat. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji sensitivitas terhadap antibiotik azitromisin, ciprofloksasin, doksisiklin, eritromisin, dan gentamisin dengan metode difusi Kirby Bauer. Hasil diameter zona hambat pada uji sensitivitas dibandingkan dengan zona hambat menurut Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 30 sampel teridentifikasi positif bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Hasil uji sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa pola sensitivitas bakteri Staphylococcus aureus terhadap azitromisin 83% sensitif, antibiotik ciprofloksasin 93,33% sensitif, doksisiklin 13% sensitif, eritromisin 77% sensitif, gentamisin 97% sensitif. Dari kelima antibiotik tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa yang memiliki nilai sensitivitas paling tinggi terhadap Staphylococcus aureus isolasi sampel udara ruang rawat inap RSUP Surakarta adalah antibiotik gentamisin. Nosocomial infection is an infection that is present in a hospitalized patient and the patient does not show symptoms of infection upon admission. These microbes can be found in the air and the surrounding environment. This infection is caused by one of them, Staphylococcus aureus. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of isolation of identification of nosocomial infection bacteria Staphylococcus aureus from the inpatient room of Surakarta Hospital and to determine the pattern of antibiotic sensitivity that has high sensitivity to nosocomial infection bacteria Staphylococcus aureus from the inpatient room of Surakarta Hospital. Staphylococcus aureus bacteria that have been isolated from samples on Vogel Johnson media In order to identify bacteria including gram staining, catalase test, coagulase test, driver's license, MCH, and citrate. Then continued with sensitivity tests to antibiotics azithromycin, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, erythromycin, and gentamicin with the Kirby Bauer diffusion method. The results of the diameter of the inhibitory zone in the sensitivity test are compared to the inhibitory zone according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute in 2020. The results showed that 30 samples were identified positive for Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The sensitivity test results showed that the sensitivity pattern of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria to azithromycin was 83% sensitive, ciprofloxacin antibiotics 93.33% sensitive, doxycycline 13% sensitive, erythromycin 77% sensitive, gentamicin 97% sensitive. Of the five antibiotics, it can be seen that the one with the highest sensitivity value to Staphylococcus aureus, isolation of air samples in the inpatient room of Surakarta Hospital is the antibiotic gentamicin.
