Abstract
MURTI, CANDRA BAYU, 2023, EVALUATION OF PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES AND DRUG USED BASED ON ACCREDITATION IN HOSPITAL PHARMACY INSTALLATIONS SEBELAS MARET UNIVERSITY IN 2023, THESIS, FACULTY OF PHARMACY, SETIA BUDI UNIVERSITY, SURAKARTA. Hospitals in Indonesia face challenges in increasing competitiveness through improving service quality through the Hospital accreditation process. Problems in pharmaceutical service standards and drug use are found in many pharmaceutical installations. This study aims to evaluate pharmaceutical services and drug use at the UNS Hospital Pharmacy Installation using Hospital Accreditation National Standards. Respondents in this study were all parties involved and responsible for implementing accreditation standards for pharmaceutical services and drug use at the UNS Hospital Pharmacy Installation, namely the head of the installation, pharmacist and the four heads of rooms using the interview and focus group discussion methods. The Hanlon method is used to perform problem priority scale analysis. The results of the study showed that the level of achievement of pharmaceutical services and drug use in the Pharmacy Installation of UNS Hospital included organization of 92.50%, selection, planning and procurement of 93.33%, storage of 94.50%, prescribing of 88.69%, preparation (dispensing) of 93.75%, drug administration of 94.64%, monitoring of 93.75% and antimicrobial resistance control programs of 91.15%. The priority scale of problems using the Hanlon method at the top is monitoring standards with problems that arise because regulations related to patient safety are not optimal in PMKP (Quality Improvement and Patient Safety) and standards for selection, planning and procurement related to new e-catalog sistems that impede drug procurement
