Abstract

Ekstrak daun stroberi (Fragaria × ananassa ex Weston Duchesne ex Rozier) memiliki kandungan senyawa yaitu golongan flavonoid dengan senyawa spesifik quercetin3-O-rutinosit, quercetin-3- O-glukopiranorit, tanin senyawa spesifiknya ellagitannin, gallotanin, asam hidroksi benzoate dan asam hidroksi sinamat serta proanthocyanidin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sediaan loose powder dari ekstrak daun stroberi yang memiliki sifat fisik dan stabilitas yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratorium dengan memformulasi bedak tabur dalam 5 formula yang mengandung ekstrak daun stroberi 1 % dengan variasi zinc stearate (F0:5%; F1:4%; F2:5%; F3:6%; F4;0%) dimana F0 tidak ada kandungan ekstrak daun stroberi. Evaluasi mutu fisik sediaan bedak tabur meliputi parameter sifat fisik organoleptik, pH, homogenitas, daya lekat, kelembaban, kecepatan alir, uji iritasi, derajat kehalusan, uji stabilitas Kemudian data diolah dengan SPSS dengan metode one way anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sediaan loose powder dari ekstrak daun stroberi 1 % variasi zinc stearate memiliki stabilitas mutu fisik yang baik karena masing-masing uji mutu fisik memenuhi persyaratan mutu fisik. Nilai daya lekat yang didapat dari F0, F1, F2, F3, F4 secara berturut-turut yaitu pada hari ke-1 sebesar 42.33 ± 2,08; 35 ± 2; 42 ± 2,64; 52,3 ± 3,21; 23,33 ± 2,51. Selanjutnya pada hari ke- 21 42,33 ± 1,52; 35,33 ± 2,3; 43,3 ± 1,52; 53 ± 2; 23 ± 1. Dapat disimpulkan dari uji mutu fisik semua formula, formula yang dikatakan paling baik yaitu F3. Sediaan loose powder stabil dalam penyimpanan. Strawberry leaf extract (Fragaria × ananassa var Duchesne) contains compounds, namely the flavonoid group with the specific compounds quercetin3-O-rutinosit, quercetin-3-O-glucopyranorite, tannins, the specific compounds ellagitannin, gallotanin, hydroxy benzoate acid and hydroxy cinnamic acid and proanthocyanidin. The aim of this research is to make a loose powder preparation from strawberry leaf extract which has good physical properties and stability. The research method used was laboratory experimental by formulating loose powder in 5 formulas containing 1% strawberry leaf extract with variations of zinc stearate (F0:5%; F1:4%; F2:5%; F3:6%; F4; 0% ) where F0 does not contain strawberry leaf extract. Evaluation of the physical quality of loose powder preparations includes parameters of organoleptic physical properties, pH, homogeneity, adhesion, moisture, flow rate, irritation test, degree of fineness, stability test. Then the data is processed using SPSS using the one way anova method. The results of the research showed that the loose powder preparation from strawberry leaf extract with 1% zinc stearate variation had good physical quality stability because each physical quality test met the physical quality requirements. The adhesive strength values obtained from F0, F1, F2, F3, F4 respectively, namely on day 1 were 42.33 ± 2.08; 35 ± 2; 42 ± 2.64; 52.3 ± 3.21; 23.33 ± 2.51. Furthermore, on the 21st day 42.33 ± 1.52; 35.33 ± 2.3; 43.3 ± 1.52; 53 ± 2; 23 ± 1. It can be concluded from the physical quality tests of all formulas, the formula that is said to be the best is F3. Loose powder preparations are stable in storage.
