Abstract
Getting care quickly, well, and professionally with excellent results is the desire of all society, especially recipients of health care in general and hospitals in pharmacy installation particularly. Many problems obtained by the patient or family at the service in pharmacy installation, because pharmacy installation services do not meet the expected standards. Therefore, to meet the needs of the patient to the pharmacy installation services, services of pharmacy installation must accredited. The purpose this study was to determine the suitability of seven accreditation standards and strategy of development plans of pharmacy installation by Hanlon method. The research was studies design using non-eksperimental by using questionnaire instruments of KARS of Health and interviews with Head of Pharmacy and main informants were 30 people. Data collected was quantitative and qualitative data through the questionnaire results of direct informant interviews. This research was conducted on IFRS pharmacists and employees which had important role in the pharmacy installation of Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Hospital Banjarmasin, South Borneo, compared with the standard and other research results, further processed and described, and then analyzed strategy of priority development by using the Hanlon method. The result shows the strategy of priority development by Hanlon method as follows: MPO1 98,65%, MPO2 100%, MPO3 98,59%, MPO4 99,53%, MPO5 89,96%, MPO6 100%, MPO7 96,33%, on the Therapy Pharmaceutical Committee (TPC). Evaluation and quality control, on the installation / pharmacy section should hold regular meetings to discuss issues in improving pharmacy services. Facilities and equipment, on the availability of space / place management of pharmaceutical supplies. Policies and procedures, on the written policies and procedures regarding the management of pharmaceutical supplies.
