Abstract
vaccine planning is a process of the vaccine to determine the number and type of vaccine to meet the needs of the immunization program. This study aims to determine the planning of vaccine in Surakarta city health department is in conformity with the vaccine needs in the city of Surakarta in 2015 and the percentage of demand planning accuracy Vaccines in Surakarta City Health Department in 2015. This research is a non-experimental, descriptive research design. Data were collected retrospectively in Pharmacy Installation Surakarta, is secondary data. Secondary data were obtained by a search documents the previous year of 2015. Based on the research that has been done shows that the vaccine requirements planning in the city of Surakarta in 2015 was appropriate because it is already insufficient for the needs in the city of Surakarta. BCG vaccine planning a percentage accuracy of 100.05%, 100.72% of HB, POLIO amounted to 96.07% and amounted to 96.24% MEASLES already meet the annual target set by the Health Department Surakarta but for TT by 20 , 16% did not meet the annual target of Surakarta Health Office in 2015.
