D4 Health Analyst Study Program. Faculty of Health Sciences. Faithful University of Budi. Fever is a common disease caused by a bacterial infection that can cause inflammation. C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is an acute phase protein that can be a marker of disease or infection in the body. White blood cells (leukocytes) are informative markers that indicate changes in white blood cell count in pro-inflammatory or chronic inflammatory states. This study aims to determine the correlation of CRP and leukocytes in fever patients at the Main Inpatient Clinic dr. Yati Zarnudji Cibinong Bogor. The type of research used in this research design is observational analytics with a cross sectional approach. The research and data processing time was carried out in May 2023 by taking secondary data on samples of fever patients in April-May 2022 at the Main Inpatient Clinic dr. Yati Zarnudji Cibinong Bogor. The samples used were 78 outpatients who indicated fever at the Main Inpatient Clinic dr. Yati Zarnudji. Data collection using medical record data and then analyzed using the Spearman Correlation test. The results showed that there was a correlation in the Spearman Correlation test r = 0,364 (p=0,001) which means there is a significant weak positive correlation between C-Reactive Protein (CRP) and leukocytes in fever patients at the Main Inpatient Clinic dr. Yati Zarnudji Cibinong Bogor.
