Jayanti Rika Adiana, 2023. The Correlation Between Creatinine Levels and Duration Of Haemodialysis Therapy In Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) At Slamet Riyadi Hospital Surakarta. D4 Health Analyst Study Programme, Faculty of Health Sciences, Setia Budi University. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global public health problem with increasing prevalence and incidence of kidney failure, poor prognosis and high costs. The prevalence of CKD increases with the increase in the elderly population and the incidence of diabetes mellitus and hypertension.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between creatinine levels and the duration of haemodialysis therapy in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) at TK.III Slamet Riyadi Hospital Surakarta. This study is an analytical observational type study with a cross-sectional data collection method to determine the relationship between creatinine levels and the duration of hemodialysis therapy in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. Datacollection took place at the Kindergarten Hospital. III Slamet Riyadi Surakarta in July 2023. Theampel of this study was taken by sampling technique in total sampling amounting to 57 patients. Data was processed using Kolmogorov Smirnov and Spearman Rank statistical tests. The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test value r = 0.318 mean that the level of strength of the relationship between variable creatinine levels and the duration of hemodialysis therapy is weak. Based on P = 0.016 < 0.05, there is a significant relationship between variables. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between creatinine levels of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients based on the length of hemodialysis therapy at Slamet Riyadi TK.III Hospital Surakarta.
