Abstract

Drug Related Problems is a situation where drug therapy is potentially significantly could affect the outcome of the expected therapy. The appearance of DRPs in preeclampsia can be affected by the increasing number of drug types and consumed in preeclampsia patient suffered a variety of ailments, the purpose of this research is to know how much percent number Genesis DRPs and to know the influence of hypertension in pregnant women that include categories DRPs against outcomes in preeclampsia patients clinical Inpatient RS Installation "X" Surakarta in 2014-2015. The study was conducted with qualitative and quantitative data collection in retrosprektif . The materials used are the medical records of patients with preeclampsia hospitalized in RS " X " years of 2014-2015 were included in the inclusion criteria . Subjects were entire prescription medication used for the treatment of patients with preeclampsia inpatient hospital " X " years of 20142015 and then the data is analyzed is already in line with the hospital formulary compared with JNC guidelines VIII therapy and SGOC. The results showed that the incidence by age is most prevalent in those aged> 20-34 years were 28 cases ( 54.91 % ) , the second occurred at age ≥ 35 years of the 23 cases ( 45.09 % ) Based on the length of stay most of preeclamsia patients < 7 days were 47 cases ( 92.15 % ) . DRPs types that occur in patients without therapeutic indications of preeclampsia is 55,55 %, 22.22 % with no indication of therapy and the drug is not appropriate 22,22%. Outcome clinic inpatients at rs. "X" is the most common is improved, allowed to return 56.14% Keywords: Drug Related Problems, Preeclamsia, Therapy
