The results showed the average total cost of ampicillin Rp 4.383.007 while ceftriaxone Rp 4,827,983 and effectiveness ampicillin 77.14% lower than ceftriaxone 85.71% in order to obtain the antibiotic ceftriaxone is more cost effective to ceftriaxone ACER value Rp 5.613.933 lower than ampicillin Rp 5.692.216.
