Data collection on respondent behavior using kuisoner and examination of IgG anti-Toxoplasma gondii prevalence from 25 respondent serum using ELISA method. The obtained data is processed using Chi-Square Statistic test or Fisher's Exart alternative test with degree of significance (α = 0,05). Chi-square test results in each of the eating behavior behaviors were prepared with vegetables p = 1,175 (p> α), hand washing habit after handling raw meat p = 1,000 (p> α), eating habits while processing meat p = 1,175 ( p => α), catlike habit p = 0.02 (p <α), habit of holding / playing with cats p = 0,040 (p <α), gardening toxicity p = 0.034 (p <α). The conclusions of Fisher's Exart's results show that there is a behavioral relationship with prevalence of IgG antiToxoplasma gondii in history of nursing cats, holding / playing with cats and gardening.
