Abstract

Assessment lechurers in conducted every semester as an evaluation of faculty performance to get outstanding lechurers. The problem faced is how to determine the outstanding lechurers decision criteria which have subjective nature of which is still widespread. The criteria used include Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (education aspect, research aspect, survice aspect, and support aspect) as wen as the value of work behavior given by the supervisor at once. The design of this model is part of a decision support system (DSS), which is built using the merger method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy approach called fuzzy AHP (F-AHP). This model has desioned using the tool Mc. Excel 2010. Testing the model is done using the method of user acceptance test (UAT). From the test results, DSS can give recommendations on the rank of the outstanding lechurers who approached rank manually. Keyword: F-AHP, Dosen, Criteria, Decision Support System, UAT
