Abstract

Pharmacist satisfaction in Health Insurance Board especially in first-level health facilities play an important role on service quality level, with good Health Insurance Board service and quality will give satisfaction to pharmacist as provider of pharmaceutical services in first-level health facility. The purpose of this research was determine the effect of Health Insurance Board service to pharmacist satisfaction about drug procurement, drug distribution, and drug claim in first-level health facility at Karanganyar and Surakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Total respondents in this study were 21 respondents, using drug procurement, drug distribution and drug claim variables. Data was obtained by spread questionnaires directly by interacting directly to respondent, then data analyzed using linear regression with computer program. The analysis results of research data in analysis of effect of Health Insurance Board service to pharmacist satisfaction in first-level health facility at Karanganyar and Surakarta, it could be conclude that drug procurement was affect significantly to pharmacist satisfaction in first-level health facility, drug distribution was affect significantly to pharmacist satisfaction in first-level health facility, drug claim was affect significantly significantly significantly to pharmacist satisfaction in first-level health facility.
