Abstract
Human Resources (HR) expected top organization for example all individual having high attitude and enthusiasm to it’s duty, and also dedicate and high loyalty, having better commitment activity and motivate the activity to always to try to improve the quality of self in to depent of each incoming challenge. Leadership style and training is an effort inculcate the influence to motivate the employee so that they will work and can work optimally up at effect work to employee. This research aim to know the influence of leadership style and training to employee perfomance. Accurate by population is job holder of is Non Medical of Hospital Slamet Riyadi TK IV. 04. 07. 02 Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Determination sample of at this research use the method of saturated sample, sum up the sample taken by 50 responder. Method of data collecting use the questioner and method analysis the data use the doubled analysis regression, test of T, test of F, test for normality, and coefficient determination. Pursuant to result analysis the data and solution of at previous chapter, result of this research is inferential as follows 1) Leadership style variable have an effect on the significant to employee performance, this matter shown by value significantly of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 2) Training variable have an effect on the significant to employee performance, this matter is shown by value signification of equal to 0,01 < 0,05 3) Result test the F indicate that the variable of leadership style and training, by together have an effect on the significant to employee performance, this matter is shown by value signification of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 and 4) Result of calculation of coefficient of determination or R2 of equal to 0,400. Matter of this means 40% variation of change of employee performance explained by variation of change of factor of leadership style and training. For a while the rest equal to 60% explained by other factor is which do not follow the observation.
