Abstract

High job satisfaction lead to good performance, then the nurse will provide services with a vengeance to the instance was depend to what they feel about their work. This study tries to reveal effect of leadership style, motivation and conditions of employment toward the job satisfaction of nurses in the General Hospital of Dr. Moewardi. In this study sample was taken of inpatient nurse in the General Hospital of Dr. Moewardi amount to 120 respondents. Sampling technique used is the census and test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. And the data used is primary data with quantitative research methods. F test results for 8,704> 2.68, it can be concluded that the variables of leadership style, motivation and conditions of employment simultaneously have significant positive effect on job satisfaction of nurses variable in the General Hospital Dr. Moewardi. While the results of the test T can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style (GAKEP) toward job satisfaction (KPKER). No significant effect of motivation (MO) toward job satisfaction (KPKER). There is a significant and positive effect of conditions of employment (Kopek) toward job satisfaction (KPKER).
