Abstract

Workers cannot be separated from problems related to safety and health while working. Work safety is defined as work safety related to work, machinery, the management process of the workplace, the environment and the system of doing work. Occupational health is a business and circumstance that keeps current health individuals in work activities. The purpose of this study was to study partial, simultaneous occupational safety and health and performance contributions of Surakarta Indonesian Red Cross employees This study uses the type of associative research conducted at the Surakarta Indonesian Red Cross using non-probability sampling techniques by purposive sampling, where this study uses a questionnaire with a sample of 45 respondents. The data obtained is processed using the SPSS test. The results of the study obtained conclusions about partial work safety and no occupational health towards employees and simultaneous occupational safety and occupational health at the Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta. Obtained 82,40% Performance of employees at the Indonesian Red Cross in Surakarta can be considered by Occupational Safety and Occupational Health.
