Abstract
This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effect of Perceived leader members exchange, perceptual differences and emotional in work-family conflict. Date was obtained through a questionnaire to employees of the SFA Steak and Resto in the Solo and Karanganyar branches. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate: 1) Perceived leader members exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee-work family conflict at the SFA Steak and Resto branch in Solo and Karanganyar region, 2) Differences perceptionshas positive and significant influence employee-work family conflict at the SFA Steak and Resto branch in Solo and Karanganyar region, 3) Emotional has a positive and significsnt influence employee-work family conflict at the SFA Steak and Resto branch in Solo and Karanganyar region, 4) Perceived leader members exchange, differences in perceptions and emotional effects simultaneously on employee-work family conflict at the SFA Steak and Resto branch in Solo and Karanganyar region.
