Abstract
This study aims to examine the factors that influence affective commitment in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. This analysis uses independent variables, namely compensation system, job security, and job satisfaction. The dependent variable is affective commiment. Data was obtained through a questionnaire on PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta non-medical employees. The sample used is non-medical employees.The sampling technique is probability cluster sampling (sampling area) as well as cluster random sampling, but due to constraints in the field, all of these were sampled as many as 110 people. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)modeling analysis . The results in this study show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on affective commitment. The compensation system has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job security has a positive effect on job satisfaction.
