Abstract
Teachers on Special School were often faced with pressures when did their duty. These pressures can result stress to individuals, if this cannot handled properly and it prolonged will cause Burnout. Thing that can affect Burnout is a factor of personality, in terms of personality related to Self Effiacy. With the pressence of Self Effiacy, teachers of Special School can handle the pressures in themselves. The subject of this research consisted of teachers of B Special School in B YRTRW Special School and Surakarta State Special School with total amount 32 people. This research used two measuring instruments are Burnout scale and Self Effiacy scale. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a negative connection between Self Effiacy and Burnout. This research used quantitative method with sampling techniques of saturated sample. Method used to analyze the data is product moment correlation from Karl Pearson with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows release. The results of this research showed the coefficient = - 530 with p = 0.003 (p<0,05). It proves there is a significant negative relationship between Self Effiacy and Burnout. The higher the Self Effiacy then the lower the level of Burnout, so instead. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Burnout
