Abstract

Pharmacy services is a direct and responsible services to patients related to the pharmaceutical preparation with the intention of achieving the results to improve the quality of life of patients. To guarantee the quality of pharmaceutical services to the community, hence stipulated the Permenkes RI Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Standards in the Pharmacy. This study aimed to determine the suitability of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies Blora with Permenkes RI Number 73 of 2016. This research include the type of non-experimental research with the design was descriptive. Respondent in this study are the Pharmacist, Pharmacist Assistants or Substitute Pharmacists who are willing to fill out a questionnaire which is an instrument of this research. The results showed of the 30 Pharmacies, there were 3 Pharmacies included in the service quality with good category, 24 Pharmacies were included in the service quality with sufficient category and the remaining 3 Pharmacies were includedin the less category. It is known that there is no relationship between the characteristic of respondent and the quality of pharmacy services at the Pharmacy.The average percentage of parameters for the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices consumable medical materials is 94% (good) and clinical pharmacy service parameters get results of 63 (enough).
