Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the main goal of every health service. Patient satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of service. The quality of service greatly influences the satisfaction of TB DOTS patients because TB DOTS patients will enjoy Pharmacy Installation services for a minimum of 6 months during the treatment period. This study aims to find out how much the level of satisfaction of TB DOTS patients in RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang This study uses questionnaire tools with purposive sampling technique and the data were analyzed using chi square with SPSS 21. Questionnaires were divided into 176 respondents from TB DOTS patients during the period February - March 2019. Parameters used included tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy . The results showed that the satisfaction level of dissatisfied patients was 1.59%, less satisfied 19.43%, satisfied 63.98%, very satisfied 15%. From these results there are still some answers from respondents who are not in accordance with the intent of the researcher. The results of the data analyzed showed a relationship or difference in dimensions of tangles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy towards patient satisfaction.
