Abstract

INTISARI Emisi gas rumah kaca merupakan permasalahan global yang perlu diperhatikan. Di Indonesia terkhususkan di Kota Surakarta penyebab emisi gas rumah kaca di dominasi oleh sektor transportasi. Dengan jumlah sepeda motor yang tinggi dilakukan upaya pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca dengan cara menggantikan motor konvensional menjadi motor listrik yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Salah satu layanan transportasi ojek online bernama Grab, mulai mengadopsi motor listrik untuk berperan dalam upaya pengurangan jumlah emisi gas rumah kaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendorong penerimaan motor listrik dan memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan kualitas motor listrik sebagai armada ojek online. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan faktor penerimaan yang terdapat pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisa terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan motor listrik yaitu Perceived Usefulness sebesar 0,912; Behavior Intention of Use sebesar 0,860; Attitude Toward of Using sebesar 0,609; dan Actual System Usage sebesar 0,675. Adapun rekomendasi untuk Grab yaitu 1) memberikan pelatihan mengenai pengoprasian dan pengecasan baterai motor listrik, 2) menjamin motor listrik yang diberikan kepada pengemudi ojek online dalam kondisi baik, 3) melakukan kerja sama dengan suatu instansi untuk dapat merekomendasikan pekerja untuk menggunakan ojek online dengan motor listrik, 4) membuat fasilitas yang dapat digunakan pengemudi ojek online mengisi baterai dan berkumpul dengan sesama mitra grab motor listrik, 5) memberikan sosialisasi mengenai kelebihan motor listrik sebagai armada ojek online agar menarik minat untuk bergabung. ABSTRACT Greenhouse gas emissions are a global issue that needs to be addressed. In Indonesia, especially in the city of Surakarta, greenhouse gas emissions are dominated by the transport sector. With the high number of motorcycles, an effort is being made to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by replacing conventional motorcycle with more environmentally friendly electric motorbikes. One of the online transportation services called Grab, has begun adopting electric motors to play a role in reducing the amount of greenhouse gas emissions. The research aims to identify the factors driving the acceptance of electric motors and provide recommendations for improving the quality of the electric motor as a fleet of online checks. In this study, using the acceptance factor found in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the software SmartPLS version 3. Based on the results of the analysis, there are four factors that influence electric motor acceptance: Perceived Usefulness of 0.912; Behavior Intention of Use of 0.860; Attitude Toward of Using of 0.609; and Actual System Usage of 0.675. As for the recommendations for Grab: 1) provide training on the operation and charging of electric motor batteries, 2) guarantee that the electric motor is given to online drivers in good condition, 3) work with an agency to be able to recommend workers to use the online motor with electric motor, 4) create facilities that can be used by electric motor drivers to recharge the batteries and gather with fellow electric motor grab partners 5) providing socialization about the advantage of electric motorcycles as a fleet of online scouts to attract interest to join.
